If I could give zero stars I would! I have tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt since day 1! They were supposed to take a designed website that I had already created, and have it optimized, but they failed to do so. After months of paying them and still got no leads or sales I created my own semrush account (software to measure metrics and other data) and started doing research on my website, as well as many others that they had created, and my competitors. What I had noticed is that my website was largely under performing, and only had one good keyword in position after a 5 to 6 month span. They did Have one keyword that was ranked in the number one spot but it had literally no volume so therefore didn’t bring us any help. The keyword strategy they “chose” was atrocious. They didn’t actually implement one, from best I could tell they copied and pasted my content but never edited it and implemented! The header tags were all wrong and we’re not properly done and pages we’re not properly optimized to get the best keywords in the rights spots that would help bring me leads and sales. Once I brought this to their attention, and we had several meetings, breaking down the problems with …why my website was not producing or ranking, or even headed in the right direction. The project manager Sergio agree w me that the keyword strategy was not very good and that the layout could improve, but wanted me to pay more $ to keep working on these past issues. He also agreed that the keyword strategy needed major improvement. After refusing to pay more money,The project managers, the entire office staff blocked my phone number and they emailed me randomly expecting me to pay a $2000 buyout. What a joke! Why would I pay you more money when you haven’t produced. All you are is a bunch of empty words and no actions. They are after your dollar bills and don’t care to help actually rank and improve your website to bring you money. Scammers! The owner himself told me that “Content and Keywords” are a thing of the past and a 2014 way of thinking. I couldn’t disagree more. He is all about backlinks, But the reality is, you must have the right content and keywords in place before back links should even be considered. The team did not continue to build new content, (which is essential for building the site and capturing new keywords) . I think we added one or two maybe three subdirectories in the entire 6 months, even those didn’t have good keywords and content. A good website is one that has a ton of content and a ton of keywords and yes, pushing back links does help obviously but when you have the wrong content in the wrong keywords that aren’t relevant to the consumer, how can we ever be found by them. I did not ask for my 7k back. I simply asked For the website to be fixed with proper keyword strategy and implementation And to give me the few months that I had already paid for in credit, so that could google would crawl And I could get the three months worth of rankings back out of a proper keyword strategy that should have been implemented 6 months ago. But again, the project manager was told not to contact me. The office blocked my phone number and the owner will not call me. It’s funny how during the sales meeting he can show up and act like “oh man I’m a war veteran, I took time out of my busy schedule to let you know how much we value your time and your business you know if you ever need anything man you can come to me directly”.But when I come to him, he didn’t seem to care bragged about how he had a multi million dollar business and he seemed like a know it all but didn’t want to help me fix the problems on the website. He never took the time to look at the data.Cares more about taking my money than actually helping me. I did threaten a lawsuit but that’s not a threat. Your not gunna take advantage of us and get away with it. That’s a promise! I have all documentation to prove what I’m saying. Will add pics to this post and show how very poor the keywords google recognized are!

There aren't enough words to describe how GOOD this company treats you. We've dealt with other web development companies. The last one was the worst. We finally found Funnel Boost Media after an extensive search for other reliable companies. Our first meeting was simply a consult and we were amazed at how well they treated us and even went through each one of our concerns from the previous company to determine how they could work with us to achieve our goals. They are a very transparent company. When they tell you to contact them whenever we need to THEY MEAN IT. They even have reached out on other occasions to ensure we were happy with everything we asked for. They took our already completed website and revamped it to make it more user friendly and attractive to consumers. We had so many discrepancies that needed to be corrected and they completed it in 1 day! It took the previous company WEEKS between constant back and forth and miscommunication. So we were not expecting such a fast turnaround. They walked us through each change to ensure they got it right and they even provided recommendations on changes they could implement better than what we asked for. Above all else they honor military members and veterans constantly. We have served for over 20 years and they went out of their way to make sure we were always taken care of.
